Our Services

1
Creditor One-Stop Legal Services
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Official Creditors Committee recommend that victims participating in the FTX bankruptcy proceedings retain an attorney to receive legal advice to avoid financial consequences.
We provide comprehensive one-stop service to represent the interests of victims throughout the entire FTX bankruptcy proceedings (Case No. 22-11068), addressing any measures taken by FTX that may prejudice victims’ rights at each stage and safeguarding clients' interests. In particular, this service reduces the high cost barrier of retaining U.S. attorneys, thereby enabling victims to access the assistance of U.S. legal counsel.
2
Individual Legal Services
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court recommends that victims consult with an attorney regarding their claims.
For those who:
1) Are unable to receive distributions, including due to clients' nationality or citizenship.
2) Seek to address subsequent procedures, including the sale of the remainder of claim,
3) Require other legal services of their choice,
You may apply for both individual legal services and one-stop legal services.

With over 15 years of experience practicing law in New York, the global hub of politics, economics, and culture, Attorney Sung has successfully negotiated resolutions for complex legal issues of worldwide significance, including those related to economics, environment, human rights, peace, and security. He previously served as a U.S.-based partner for ClassHankyul, a reputable Korean law firm, where he dealt with dispute resolution, finance, corporate law, and intellectual property, and handled cross-border litigation and legal advisory services. He also served as General Counsel for a subsidiary of LG, a Korean conglomerate. He is currently representing a Korean court in the FTX proceedings and assisting many victims throughout the entire bankruptcy process.
The FTX Clinic Legal Project team, centered around Attorney Sung, includes advisory members such as Charles Harvey (founder of the U.S. Blockchain Technology Association), Dr. Jane Lee (pseudonym, a cryptocurrency expert and bestselling author on blockchain), and David Kang (head of the New York branch of NDN Group, a Chinese digital marketing company, and founder of the cryptocurrency NOIZchain).
