Organization and Activities of the International Creditors’ Committee
Those who apply for the service will jointly participate in the FTX bankruptcy proceedings. Once a sufficient number of applicants has been gathered, a creditors’ group will be organized. Depending on the circumstances, this group may also seek recognition by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware as an Ad Hoc Committee of Unsecured Creditors, enabling it to act as an officially acknowledged body in the proceedings.

Communication with FTX and the Court
We monitor the FTX bankruptcy proceedings and conduct legal analysis to protect the interests of the Creditors’ Group. When necessary, we communicate these positions to the Official Creditors’ Committee, FTX, or the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Full Support for Receiving Distributions
In accordance with the FTX reorganization plan approved by the court, we receive the client’s designated distribution into our attorney escrow account and securely transfer it to the client.
